1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Arabic Typing 101 ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Arabic Typing 101 is an online educational platform that provides interactive lessons to help users learn Arabic typing using the Arabic 101 keyboard layout. The Service includes:

• 62 structured typing lessons (desktop) + 46 mobile lessons
• Real-time feedback and progress tracking
• On-screen keyboard with visual guides
• Performance analytics (WPM and accuracy)
• User account management

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To access the full features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate and current
• Maintain the security of your password and accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account

3.2 Account Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you represent that you have permission from a parent or guardian to use the Service.

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine to be harmful to other users or the Service.

4. Subscription and Billing

4.1 Free Trial

New users receive a 7-day free trial period. You will not be charged during the trial period. You may cancel at any time during the trial without being charged.

4.2 Paid Subscriptions

After your trial period ends, you will be charged according to your selected plan:

All fees are in British Pounds (GBP) and are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these Terms.

4.3 Automatic Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You will be charged the then-current subscription fee.

4.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Account Settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to the Service until the end of your paid period.

4.5 Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods. If you cancel during a billing period, you will not be charged for subsequent periods, but you will not receive a refund for the current period.

4.6 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change our subscription fees. We will provide you with at least 30 days' notice of any price changes. If you do not agree to the price change, you may cancel your subscription.

5. User Conduct and Responsibilities

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorised purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use automated tools (bots, scripts) to access the Service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Copy, modify, or distribute content from the Service without permission
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 Our Content

All content on the Service, including text, graphics, logos, lessons, software, and other materials, is owned by Arabic Typing 101 or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you create using the Service (such as your typing progress data). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to use this data to provide and improve the Service.

6.3 License to Use

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use.
